A person was seriously injured when an armed robber pistol whipped them earlier this week, police said.
Three friends were walking along a sidewalk in Crystal City on Monday night, May 23, when two men approached them from behind, pulled a gun, and demanded money, Arlington County Police said in an incident report.
The suspects stole their cash, some items of clothing, and electronics. But to add injury to insult, one of the robbers pistol whipped one of their victims before running off, the report said. The person's injuries were considered serious but not life threatening.&nbs…

Parish Rowell, age 23; Shyquinn Dix, age 27, both of Stamford; and Jordan Fields, age 26, of Norwalk, were arrested on Tuesday, July 6, in connection with the May 30 incident at the Taco Daddy restaurant in Stamford.
